All,
At this point in the semester, several teams in the area are involved in playoffs. Because of this, it has been very difficult in finding a match for this weekend. On top of this, I know several players are interested in putting together a 7s team to play in the James River Christmas 7s tournament.
Therefore, after discussing our situation with Bill and Lara, I have decided to end our Fall 2012 season. However... two things...
1) For those interested in 7s, we will probably start 7s practice Mon Nov 5.
2) In the near future, we will have our end of semester meeting. In the fall we elect officers for the following two seasons. Several officer positions are available for those wishing to contribute. The officer positions we have are:
President
Vice President
Match Secretary
Manager
Alumni Relations
Clothing Rep
Fundraising
Publicity
Secretary
Social Chair
Treasurer
We will keep you posted when a date for 7s and the end of semester meeting has been selected.
