USA Rugby 2014 Women's Collegiate Division II National Championship Round of 16
The Round of 16 is being played at 3 different venues across the United States on April 26 & 27 at the following regional venues:
State College, PA (2 Pools)
Marietta, GA (1 Pool)
Stanford, CA (1 Pool)
The National Semi-Finals will be played at Stanford’s Steuber Rugby Stadium on Saturday, May 10.
Midwest Winner v West Winner
Northeast Winner v Southeast Winner
The 2014 USA Rugby Emirates Airline Women’s Collegiate Division II National Championship will be decided on the same pitch on Sunday, May 11.

Departing State College Sunday April 27, sometime after the match, time TBD.
We will arrive in Fredericksburg approximately 4 1/2 hours after we depart State College.
COSTS - $3275.02
Current costs are based upon:
48 people - 44 players, 2 coaches, 2 fans
Hotel ($3075.02)

1 Room for coaches
1 Room for bus driver
Because the Bumsteads are paid for their own room, the hotel total is based on 13 rooms.
Rooms were $109 per night + $6.54 State Occupancy Tax + $2.73 City Tax = $118.27 per night.
$118.27 x 13 rooms x 2 nights = $3075.02
Players are being charge $50 per person for hotels. The team's Foundation Account is covering the difference.
The cost of the hotel is being covered by Kris, to be reimbursed by attendees and the Foundation Account.

Bus ($200.00)
The cost of the bus was covered by the school. However, a tip of $200 was covered by Kris and Bill. Yes, I realize the bus broke down, but the driver did live up to his end of the contract. The team's Foundation Account is covering the tip.
GRAND TOTAL ($200.00)
$3275.02 = $200 (Bus tip) + $3,075.02 (Hotel)
Kris covered $3175.02 and Bill covered $100. Each player (except for Lilly Bumstead) owes Kris a $50 reimbursement, for a total of $2150. The difference $1125.02 ($3275.02 - $2150) will be reimbursed to Kris via the Foundation Account. Kris will give $100 to Bill as his reimbursement for the bus driver tip.
Oct 24, 2014, K Kabza is fully reimbursed from both trips to Nationals, future reimbursements will go directly to the Foundation Account.
