I went over this at practice, but for any of you who were not there here is the scoop! We are going to be holding a raffle, preferably by the end of February, so try and collect/give whatever you can. Movies you do not want anymore, cds, coupons, gift cards, etc. Also, if you have a job ask them to donate and/or go to businesses near you and walk downtown and talk to the store owners and try to get them to donate as well. I expect participation from everyone and will keep track like I do for rent a ruggers. If you have any questions feel free to call you know the digits:)

Do you think that we should make going to the businesses more official? Having a letter that explains what we are gathering money for and going in groups so we don't look like scammers might help...
I'll go with anyone who has a jersey for me to wear...
Have a good day, Julia

yeah definitely go in groups and look presentable...just explain what it is for and that we do not receive much funding from the school and therefore it is on us to raise our own money. Marissa knows that percent of funding we get so when you read this post it please:) Also, do not forget that you can also donate your own stuff as long as it is not broken or dirty. Games, movies, cds, awesome clothes anything you do not want anymore are helpful. So, please everyone work really hard this week at getting stuff for this because I would like to try and do this by the end of February and so far have received nothing. So please get started because I do not want to have to call this fundraiser off. Thanks ladies!

Yo, tomorrow I can go after 11 or so, will drive, and can provide a jersey (although it will be a #1). Who wants in? Also, we're gonna hit up a street that isn't Caroline. Just FYI.

Yeah, jackets work, or any nice rugby shirt (think polos from nat'ls, not "nice cleats.")

Ok, so I know I said this would be done at the end of this month, but I changed my mind because way to many midterms and spring break. So, I booked a table at the nest on the 10th 11th and 12th from 11:30am-2pm. So all raffle items from people need to be given to me by the 9th! Also, I need 2-3 volunteers to stand at the tables during these times. It is not long but if for some reason you can only do and hour and have someone fill in that is fine.

I can do that entire time any day. Just let me know when you want me. Also, everyone needs to table. It's not an option. I know you can find a free hour, and if not then MAYBE Boxy can forgive you.
