Hello Ladies! I'm sorry for the delay, thank you for being patient.
We've been working out the kinks, and for those of you who are moving in early....this is the plan.
I have to pick up they keys from Robert Liebau tomorrow, and then I'm going to drop them off to Mary Pilger, who lives on campus. This way when you all get to Mary Wash, instead of coming out of your way to get to my house, Mary P. will be on campus all day and that way you'll be able to pick the keys up from her.
She lives in Russel this year, down the hill...her cell phone number is: 703-507-3195....when you get on campus, give her a call and she will meet outside of Russel to give you your key.
Fitness week is going to go, more or less, as follows....We figured we'd meet in the morning, at 9:00...at the fountain, near Monroe and Virginia. We'd go for a run, either down to Sofia or a trail near the school (we figured we'd kind of alternate). Then once back on campus we'd stretch and maybe do some abs.
In the afternoon we'd meet again from 4-5:30, at the pitch (that's kind of a rough estimate, but because the men's team has claimed the field beginning at 5:30, we figured we'd go before them) During that time, we're going to work more on rugby related skills and such...passing, tackling, and games. Nothing too hardcore, but definetly something to get us back in the groove of things...
If you've got any ideas, anything in particular that you want to do or share, please feel free to post or call. Also, you can move in any time on Sunday, I'm pretty sure we'll have all day, so that's up to you all.
