Opened in July 1993, the state-of-the-art, 15,000 square-foot training facility includes a weight training room, shower/locker rooms, a training and treatment room, meeting and dining space, a catering kitchen and a 50-inch, big-screen television with satellite dish that allows athletes in training to view their performances on video, or watch their competitors' matches in progress. Adjacent to the center are six 80-yard x 120-yard international regulation sports fields for soccer, field hockey, American football and lacrosse, as well as nine tennis and four outdoor racquetball courts. In 1994, the center hosted the U.S. Field Hockey Association Festival.

The Training Center offers state-of-the-art equipment for complete physical conditioning. The facility includes 15,000 square feet of conference and training space and six international dimension soccer fields. Previous home of the 1996 United States Women's Gold Medal Olympic Soccer Team.
