So, back to this guys. I received a very happy phone call from my mother earlier this week saying "guess what, you have MONO!" Apparently the first test I got gives false negatives that no one thought to mention to me. So yes, that is probably the cause of all of my pain and suffering. My home doctor is ordering a bunch of tests with the pulmonologist over break just in case, but chances are my chest pain was due to running on a system overloaded with mono. Peachy. So if anyone remembers sharing drinks/chapstick/making out in the rain with me, be wary!
