All, This past year USA Rugby changed their CIPP Registration cycle. Straight from their website: Individual and Club Registration now runs on a competitive year rather than a calendar year. If you registered for the 2007 registration period anytime before August 1, 2007, your registration will expire on December 31, 2007. If you registered anytime after August 1, 2007, your registration will expire on August 31, 2008.
As a result of the registration season change, all USA Rugby member and club dues will be pro-rated beginning January 1, 2008.
Type Current/Pro-rated Club $150.00/$100.00 Senior $35.00/$23.33 Collegiate $30.00/$20.00 High School $20.00/$13.33 Youth $10.00/$6.67
These new dues will update automatically, all you need to do is register! So, what does this mean? Essentially it means Rookies and those who studied abroad in Spring 2007 (but played this fall) are probably registered through August 31, 2008. Otherwise, all the returning player need to register, but at a pro-rated amount ($20.00). You can check when your CIPP status by going to: www.usarugby.orgClick through to: Membership -> Club Rosters -> Search by Club -> Get Data Query on: University of Mary Washington Women's RFC- > Get Data If your name does not appear on the roster, you are not CIPP registered. Let me know if you have any questions. -Kris
